A 30-minute call about your business and what you need. Then a written scope and a fixed price. Nothing is billed until you agree to it.

Design
Page layouts, then a clickable prototype. You approve the design before production code is written, while changes are still cheap.

Build
Every Friday the work in progress goes up on a private link, so you can click through it and send feedback before launch.

After launch
Launch and support
We set up hosting, domain and analytics. Two weeks of fixes after launch are included. After that, support is month to month.

After the first call you get a fixed quote in writing, and it only changes if the scope does.

Questions
How much does a website cost?
A marketing site usually costs between $3,000 and $10,000, and web applications start at $15,000. After a short call we send a fixed price in writing. That is what you pay unless you decide to change the scope.
Do you use templates?
No. Each site is designed and written for the business it belongs to. We reuse our own tested building blocks for things like forms and payments, which keeps the cost down, but the design and content are made for you.
Who will I be working with?
Rushil Shah, the founder. He quotes your project, builds it, and is the person you email after launch. There is no account manager in between.
Can you take over a site I already have?
Yes. Monthly retainers cover maintenance, small changes, content updates and speed improvements on existing sites. Most run 10 to 40 hours a month, with no long-term contract.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We are based in Toronto and take remote projects when the fit is right. TruBites, for example, is in Ahmedabad, India.
What is private AI, and who needs it?
Clinics, law offices and financial firms often cannot send client information to services like ChatGPT. We install open-weight AI models on hardware you control and connect them to the tools you already use, so the data stays inside your business.
