Ships production SaaS. Not just marketing sites.

A small Toronto studio that designs, builds, and runs web apps for small businesses and early-stage founders. We write the code. We answer the phone. We still work here after launch.

/ What we build

Four things, done properly.

Marketing sites, SaaS products, booking platforms, and local AI for regulated clients. Everything else is a distraction.

— 01 / 04

Websites & Web Apps

Marketing sites, portals, and internal tools built on Astro or Next.js. Fast by default, built to rank, easy for you to update.

  • Mobile-first design
  • CMS integration
  • SEO & Core Web Vitals
  • Lead capture + CRM
— 02 / 04

SaaS Product Development

End-to-end product builds. Schema, auth, billing, dashboards, deployment. We ship our own SaaS, so the scaffolding is already battle-tested.

  • Weekly Friday demos
  • Postgres + migrations
  • Stripe billing
  • Role-based auth
— 03 / 04

E-commerce & Booking

Storefronts and booking systems. Shopify when it fits, custom on Next.js when it doesn't. Payments, inventory sync, and an admin panel that owners can actually use.

  • Shopify or custom
  • Stripe / Square / Interac
  • Inventory sync
  • Owner dashboards
— 04 / 04

Local AI Deployment

Available for regulated clients who can't ship data to third-party APIs. Open-weight models on your own infrastructure, wired into the systems you already run.

  • Llama / Mistral / Qwen
  • On-prem or private cloud
  • RAG over your docs
  • Audit + access logs
/ Process

From call to code. Every Friday.

No mystery, no sprints-that-aren't. You see working software every Friday.

Week 0
01

Discovery

One call. We understand the business, the goal, and what "done" looks like. You get an honest read on scope before anything is written.

Week 1–2
02

Design & Prototype

Wireframes → visual design → clickable prototype before production code is written. Changes are cheap here. Sign off before we build.

Week 2–N
03

Build & Review

Weekly staging deploys. You click through progress every Friday. Feedback before it ships, not after.

Launch & Support

We handle hosting, DNS, analytics. Two weeks of post-launch fixes included. After that, retainers are month-to-month.

/ FAQ

Questions we get a lot.

How much does a website cost?
Marketing sites start small. Web apps, SaaS builds, and AI deployments scale with scope. Fixed price per project after a discovery call. No hourly meters, no change-order surprises.
Do you use templates?
No. Every site and app is written from scratch on Astro, Next.js, or React. We reuse internal patterns across projects, but the design, schema, and feature set are specific to you.
Who will I actually be working with?
The person quoting your project is the person writing the code and the person on the call after launch. We keep the team small on purpose. No account managers in between.
What's your process if I already have a site?
Monthly retainers cover maintenance, small features, copy changes, and performance work on existing sites. Typical blocks are 10 to 40 hours per month. Month-to-month, no lock-in.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Most of our client work is in the GTA, but we take remote projects when the scope fits. Time zone overlap helps; nothing else really matters.
What is "local AI deployment" and why would I need it?
If you work in healthcare, legal, or finance, you can't send client data to OpenAI or Anthropic. We host open-weight models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen) on your infrastructure instead, wired into the tools you already use.

Have something that needs shipping?

One call. Thirty minutes. You leave with an honest read on scope, timeline, and price, whether we're the right fit or not.
